How to Register

The web address is https://oncampus.msstate.edu.

In the Secure Access Login, enter your NetID and NetPassword. To set up your NetPassword please go to the following website and follow the instructions: http://www.netpassword.msstate.edu.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event that you do not remember your NetPassword, you will need to contact the ITS Helpdesk at 662.325.0631

1. Click on Login.
2. Click on the Banner Tab.
3. Under Registration, click “Register for Classes.”
4. From the term-selection drop down list, select a term and click the Submit Term Button.
5. The first time you access registration, you will be prompted to enter your Registration Access Code (RAC), which you should have received from your advisor. On subsequent registration sessions during the registration period, the system will ask you to enter only your netID and netpassword.
6. You should now see the screen for adding and dropping classes. To add a class, enter the five-digit course reference number (CRN), or the subject, course number, and section number and click the “Add Class” button. To drop a class, click ‘drop class’ beside the class you wish to drop. You may also search for open classes or view your schedule by clicking on the appropriate buttons.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ESL courses are not listed under Starkville campus. They are listed under the Division of Continuing Education. Only ESL 5313, ESL 5323, and ESL 5333 are available for online registrations.

You may print your schedule by selecting the print button at the top of the page when your schedule is displayed on the screen. Be sure to change the print to landscape.
